08 Jun 2010 iPhone 4g Unveiled

Whether you like it or don't the iPhone is #1 phone to beat, and the next generation has now been unveiled. The new iPhone called iPhone 4G has a lot more differences than the 3gs when it came out. The whole shape of the phone is different than it's older brothers. The new iPhone is more flat, but still having round edges. If you saw the spy photos of the lost iPhone it basically looks the same.

Although many thought the next iPhone would be out on other carriers (Verizon) it is still resticted to the AT&T Network. Pricing for the new iPhone is $199 for 16gb and $299 for 32gb.

So whats new?
Well first of the iPhone 4G is running the iPads A4 processor so it will be a pretty fast phone, and now able to compete with Android phones running with the Snapdragon processors. Also there is a new camera with 5 megapixles and LED flash. This camera can also shoot in 720p video, which will go nicely with the new iMovie app. That's not the only camera too, the 4G has a front facing camera, like the Evo 4G. It records in VGA, but also uses a new calling program call Facetime. Facetime can only be used over Wi-Fi at launch. The iPhone 4G will be using iOS4 (not os4) which has ton's of new features like multitaking that brings the iPhone up to date in the software department.

So what do you think of the iPhone 4G, would you buy one?, is there enough to set it apart from the 3GS? I think so, but so you?

11 May 2010 Viacom goes to war with Youtube

Quote
"A brief filed in the Viacom v. Google case asserts that the DMCA Safe Harbor provisions were never meant to apply to sites like YouTube. It also goes on to say the if safe harbor were given to these sites, it would put too big a burden on networks to police their own material
